US-led Coalition sends “critical supplies” to SDF

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The US-led Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS announced on Monday that an aircraft, affiliated with the US Air Force, landed in Syria bringing “critical supplies” to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

Brigadier General Claude Tudor, Commander of Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force in the Levant (CSOJTF-L), “observed a C-17 aircraft bringing critical supplies to Syria for the first time,” CSOJTF-L said in a tweet.

The US-led Coalition forces “can deploy anywhere, anytime in our mission to enable our partners as they ensure the security of the region,” the tweet added, in reference to the SDF. The tweet did not mention any further details.
