Five coronavirus cases recorded in Syrian government-held areas
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Media office of the Ministry of Health of the Syrian government announced on Sunday night the recording of five new coronavirus infections in its areas.
The official Facebook account of the ministry reported none recoveries of cases previously recorded.
The new infections are recorded as follows: one each in Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Homs, Tartus and Hasakah.
The total number of coronavirus infections in the Syrian government-held areas has reached 57.272 confirmed cases, including 3.163 deaths and 54.053 recoveries.
