Syrian government areas record 2 new coronavirus infections
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Media office of the Ministry of Health of the Syrian government announced on Saturday night the recording of two new coronavirus infections in its areas.
The official Facebook account of the ministry reported 14 recoveries of cases previously recorded.
The new infections are recorded as follows: one in Damascus and the other in Latakia.
The total number of coronavirus infections in the Syrian government-held areas has reached 57.255 confirmed cases, including 3.163 deaths and 54.017 recoveries.
