IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria in Khmeimim Air Base in Syria announced on Sunday that Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS, formerly al-Nusra Front) militants launched five attacks from de-escalation zone in Idlib.

Oleg Yegorov, Deputy Chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria said that the HTS militants launched five attacks in Idlib during one day.

The attacks resulted in two rocket hits in Aleppo Governorate and three in Latakia, Yegrov added.

On Sunday, Russian forces targeted a stronghold of HTS, in Idlib, northwest Syria, killing 45 militants including field leaders.
