No military incursion into Syria rather a little warning – Turkey’s Interior Minister
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – Turkey’s Minister of Interior Suleyman Soylu said on Tuesday that there is no military operation into Syria, rather a little warning.
Soylu’s statements to journalists followed calls heard from mosque minarets in border areas in the city of Gaziantep opposite to the countryside of Aleppo declaring a Turkish military operation into northern Syria.
“The calls surpassed their ends,” Soylu added.
On Tuesday, northeast Syria witnessed a large-scale military escalation by Turkish forces that left civilian casualties, soldiers of Syrian government forces, and other injuries in the countryside of Aleppo.
