Photo exhibition held in Syria’s Qamishli
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Under the auspices of the Syrian Photo Association, a photo exhibition was opened on Wednesday in the city of Qamishli in northeastern Syria.
The exhibition which was called “Vibrant Rojava Exhibition” contained the photos of Rudy Tahlo, a photographer from the Qamishli, which addressed several issues.
The photos were about issues related to the local community including the folk clothes, tangible heritage of the people of north and east Syria (Rojava), coexistence, and coherence, Tahlo Told North Press.
“I focused on taking photos of daily lives, buildings, a variety of photos that show beautiful aspects, and photos of life bearing,” he said.
Tahlo is a photo journalist who took part in several national and international exhibitions in the cities of Qamishli, Moscow, Geneva, Berlin and Cologne.
