Attacking SDF, two ISIS members killed in Syria’s Hasakah
HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – Two ISIS members were killed on Tuesday evening while attacking a gathering of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) at a gas station near al-Sina’a prison, southern Hasakah, northeast Syria.
A gathering of SDF fighters at a gas station near the prison in Hasakah was attacked by two ISIS members on Tuesday evening, North Press reported a security source.
The SDF fighters managed to thwart the attack and kill the two attackers, the source said.
In an attempt by ISIS to get its detainees out of al-Sina’a prison in Hasakah, the vicinity of the prison has witnessed sporadic clashes between the SDF and the terrorist ISIS members since January 20.
