Government and opposition exchange bombing in northwest Syria
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Wednesday, exchange bombardment between Syrian government forces and armed opposition factions escalated in the de-escalation zone in northwest Syria. No casualties were reported.
From their positions in the surrounding checkpoints, the government forces continued bombing the opposition factions’ sites in the villages and towns of al-Fatira, Fleifel, Deir Sunbul, Benin, al-Bara, Sfuhun and Kansafra in Zawiya Mountain, south of Idlib, with artillery and missile, North Press reported military sources in the opposition.
The Government forces sporadically targeted the opposition factions’ points near the towns of Kafr Ta’al and Kafr Nouran, west of Aleppo, with heavy guns, with no news of casualties, said the sources.
Al-Fateh al-Mubin Operations Room bombed the government forces’ sites in the cities of Saraqeb and Ma’arat al-Numan, south of Idlib, with heavy artillery and missiles, according a military sources telling North Press.
The armed opposition factions also bombed the government forces’ points in Jurin Camp in the Ghab Plain, west of Hama, with heavy artillery, the sources added.
