Syria’s Autonomous Administration sets Eid al-Adha holiday

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – On Saturday, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) announced that Eid al-Adha (Feast of the Sacrifice for Muslims)  holiday in all its institutions will start from Monday, July 19 to Thursday, July 22. 

In a circular on its official Facebook account, the AANES mentioned that all institutions and departments belonging to it will be closed from next Monday on July 19, to Thursday on July 22.  

Meanwhile, the first day of Eid al-Adha will be on Tuesday, on July 20. 

The circular excluded public authorities whose nature or circumstances require them to continue working.
