10 people killed in Idlib while rescue teams keep looking for missed persons

More civilians were killed southern Idlib due to the ongoing escalation, which was followed by relative calm since yesterday’s midnight, and till this morning within the de-escalation zones.

North-Press Agency reported about seven people were killed by the Syrian Air Force bombardment a farm in the village of Kafr-Ein, in the southern countryside of Idlib.
Residents of the area confirmed to North-Press, that 3 bodies of the killed people were found, while the other bodies were turned to pieces, in addition to the wounding of a woman and 3 children by varying degrees of danger.

While the local rescue teams, the Syria Civil Defence also known as “The White Helmets”, continued their search operations for missing persons in the targeted areas, yet it’s not clear so far whether the missing people are trapped under the rubble or have left the area before the attack.

The death toll in the last 24 hours in the de-escalation zones in north-west Syria, has risen to 10 persons, 7 of them were killed in Kafr-Ein, two women and one child were killed in the aerial bombardment on the town of Hass and the village of Tabish in southern Idlib.

The Syrian Response Coordinators’ Team counted about 700 civilians, including 205 children, were killed by air strikes and ground shelling since the beginning of last February this year.
