Heavy fighting and clashes continue between the Syrian government forces and the Syrian armed opposition and other Jihadi groups of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Hurras al-Din in Idlib governorate, amid remarkable advance by the governmental forces backed by intense airstrikes on fighting axes and areas of the eastern countryside of Maarat al-Numan, while approaching the Turkish observation post in the eastern countryside of Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported clashes are still ongoing in the southeastern countryside of Idlib with a noticeable approach by the Syrian government forces on the Turkish observation post in the town of Sorman, in Idlib's eastern countryside, at a distance of about 4 km.

The Syrian observatory confirmed the control of the Syrian government forces over new areas, bringing the number of villages that were controlled since yesterday evening into 15 villages. As the Turkish military has sent a military convoy yesterday, on Saturday into its observation posts in the de-escalation zones, in the northern countryside of Hama, in response to the latest advance of the Syrian government forces.

The Turkish convoy consisted of about 20 military vehicles, including armored vehicle, carrying soldiers and military equipment, as a military convoy reached the Turkish observation post in the village of Sher-Maghar, in Mount Shahshabo, in the northern countryside of Hama.

It is worth noting that hundreds of people demonstrated yesterday, on Saturday, near Bab Al-Hawa border-crossing with Turkey, amid the latest Syrian forces advance in the region, to protest the Turkish silence, which has many observation posts inside the de-escalation zones in north-west of Syria. As an activist wrote a phrase on the Syrian-Turkish border-wall: "We demand the Turkish guarantor to take his responsibilities towards Idlib."
