Moscow welcomes the role of guarantor between the Syrian government and the Autonomous Administration, amid fears of lack of seriousness – Politician

The Secretary General of the Youth Party for Building and Change, Perwin Ibrahim, told North-Press that the Russian government welcomes the role of mediator and guarantor of the negotiations between the Autonomous Administration of northeastern Syria and the Syrian government. Perwin Ibrahim, who arrived in Qamishli after a visit to the Russian capital, Moscow, added that the Russian side "is concerned about the lack of seriousness of the Autonomous Administration, because of the relationship between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the United States of America," she said.
While Secretary General of the Youth Party for Building and Change Perwin Ibrahin expressed concerns about the "recent developments," noting that Turkish President Erdogan has conveyed the content of unannounced agreements between the SDF and the U.S. side to the Russian side.
Perwin Ibrahim, who plays the role of one of the channels of communication between the Autonomous Administration and the Russian and Syrian government sides, demanded the SDF and the Autonomous Administration, "clariness and seriousness in dealing with the Russian side."
Ibrahim also said that the atmosphere between the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian government is positive, and that the gap between them is small, confirming holding meetings with some parties of the Syrian government, as there is a response in terms of launching dialogue between the two sides.
Moreover, the Russian and Syrian governments did not object to maintaining the privacy of the Syrian Democratic Forces, while it was agreed with the intermediary delegation of the Autonomous Administration that there are some points being negotiated about and changed by the two parties.
Perwin Ibrahim had met within a delegation of parties close to the Syrian government, with parties from the Autonomous Administration led by the Democratic Union Party on the 7th of December, the meeting included talks about the demands of Autonomous Administration and the dialogue with the Syrian government.
