North-eastern Syria administration handing over two ISIS children to the Finnish government

The Foreign Relations Bureau of the Autonomous Administration in north-eastern Syria has handed over two orphaned children of the Finnish nationality to the Finnish Deputy Permanent Representative at the United Nations Jussi Tanner.
The Foreign Relations Bureau of the Autonomous Administration in north-eastern Syria confirmed via its website, that they handed over two orphaned Finnish children to the Finnish Envoy at the United Nations Jussi Tanner, yesterday, on Saturday, at the Foreign Relations office in the city of Qamishli. The Finnish envoy arrived last Thursday at north-eastern Syria, on a visit to discuss the latest developments in light of the Turkish military invasion in the region and the return of the Islamic State (ISIS) children into their countries.
The Foreign Relations Bureau stated that during the meeting, the talks revolved about several issues pertaining to the region, the most important of which was the Turkish military attack and its catastrophic repercussions on the region, including the demographic change that Turkey is conducting in northeastern Syria.
The Finnish Envoy also expressed his gratitude for the Autonomous Administration regarding its cooperation to return the innocent children into their country, and said: "I also want to say that I am fascinated by the experience and the professionalism of the Autonomous Administration.”
The Foreign Relations Bureau confirmed that the two orphan children with Finnish citizenship were handed according to an official handover document between the Autonomous Administration and the Finnish government at the end of the meeting.
