The Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and Eastern Syria has issued a statement confirming that it has presented a roadmap for the solution and the form of administration in Syria. As the Administration explained in its statement the form of the administrative system inside Syria, pointing to the focus of the map on the territorial integrity of Syria.
The Autonomous Administration in north and east of Syria stressed that “the Russian side expressed a positive position regarding this map, because it was based on national basis, far from the separatist tendencies which Russia wants today to accuse the Kurds and the Autonomous Administration of, without evidence and proof, but in line with Turkey’s claims that wishes to occupy Northern Syria, in pursuit of restoring the borders of the former Ottoman Empire.”
Moreover, the Administration said in its statement that it views negatively “these proposals and accusations, that would hinder any peaceful solution for the Syrian crisis on one hand, and opens the doors wide for the Turkish desires and ambitions to occupy more Syrian territories under false pretexts, on the other hand.”
Furthermore, the statement mentioned the Autonomous Administration’s negotiations with the Syrian government did not include separation or deduction of a part of Syrian territories, rather, negotiations focused on the rights of citizens in northeastern Syria.
The statement stressed again that bringing Syrian government forces into the area was an implementation of a military agreement between them and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), who defended and sacrificed more than 11 thousand martyrs for the unity of the Syrian territories and sovereignty.
The Democratic Autonomous Administration has rejected “accusations and allegations”, insisting on its adherence to “the importance of the proposals calling for dialogue to solve the Syrian crisis, especially the Syrian-Syrian dialogue.”
