156 Syrian displaced families leave Idlib camps for home areas
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – A voluntary return convoy carrying 156 displaced families left camps in northern Idlib countryside on Thursday for their home areas in Damascus, Damascus countryside, Latakia and Hama governorates.
On Wednesday, another convoy left camps in northern Syria for Hama countryside, carrying 236 families seeking to go back under the voluntary return program.
The convoy was organized under the supervision of Idlib Governorate and the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor, in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
