Israeli airstrikes target Syrian military bases in central Syria

DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Israeli forces announced on Friday that they had launched airstrikes on two Syrian military bases in Palmyra, central Syria, citing the presence of strategic military capabilities at the sites.

In an official statement, the Israeli military identified the targeted bases as Palmyra and T-4.

Meanwhile, Syrian state media reported that Israeli aircraft carried out multiple air raids on military positions in the eastern countryside of Homs.

According to reports, the Israeli strikes targeted an observation tower, a missile battalion, and a weapons depot inside the Tiyas (T-4) military airbase. Additional strikes hit the orchards area and a rest stop near the city of Palmyra.
