Asayish member injured in armed attack in Syria’s Hasakah
HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – On Sunday, the Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria (Asayish) reported that one of its members was injured in an attack targeting an Asayish vehicle on the Hawl-Hasakah road, northeastern Syria.
Media center of the Asayish said in a statement that one of its vehicles was targeted with AK-47 machine guns on the road between the towns of Hawl and Tel Brak.
The attack resulted in the injury of an Asayish member, who was transferred to a hospital for treatment.
The Asayish initiated an extensive investigation to uncover detail of the attacks and identify the perpetrators, according to the statement.
