TEL TAMR, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on Friday the results of their military operations in the town of Tel Tamr, north of Hasakah, northeast Syria, during September.
The SDF said in a statement that it carried out several operations in the countryside of Tel Tamr in September, resulting in the killing of three Turkish soldiers and the injury of another, as well as the killing of seven militants from the Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka the Syrian National Army (SNA), and the injury of three others.
The statement explained that on September 4, the SDF conducted an operation against the SNA in the village of al-Aziziya, northwest of Tal Tamr, resulting in the killing of three militants of those factions.
On September 7, the SDF targeted the Manakh base belonging to the Turkish forces north of Tel Tamr, destroying a Turkish armored vehicle and killing three Turkish soldiers, while another soldier was injured, according to the statement.
On September 10, the statement also mentioned that the SDF carried out two military operations against armed factions in the village of al-Rihaniya, north of Tel Tamr and the village of al-Qasimiya, with the first operation resulting in the killing of two militants of the SNA and the injury of another.
