IDIB, Syria (North Press) – Three civilians were wounded in a blast of a war remnant while working in a farmland in the vicinity of a village in southern Idlib, southwestern Syria.
A local source told North Press, “A cluster projectile exploded, injuring three individuals, including a 7-year-old child named Anas Hamada, his cousin Imran Hamada, and a third person who was with them, while they were working in a land on the outskirts of the village of Majdaliya, south of Idlib.”
They were transferred to the Ariha’s hospital, close to the scene, the source said, noting that the 7-year-old boy lost limbs in the explosion.
War remnants are strewn in Idlib, posing a constant threat on civilians’ lives, amid the absence of any efforts to remove them.
