Jordanian army downs drone coming from Syria
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Jordanian army announced that they downed a drone carrying weapons coming from Syrian territory on Friday.
A military source from the General Command of Jordanian Military Forces said the officers at the border in coordination with the military security services monitored a drone that was trying to cross the border from Syria to Jordan illegally and they downed it inside Jordan.
The Jordanian Ammon news agency reported that after the downing of the drone, the Jordanian army discovered that it was carrying kinds of weapons.
On June 13, the Jordanian army downed a drone loaded narcotics that was coming from Syrian territory.
