3 civilians injured in Turkish drone strike on southern Kobani

KOBANI, Syria (North Press) – Three civilians were wounded on Monday in a Turkish drone strike on a motorcycle on the Kobani-Aleppo road in southern Kobani, north Syria, a medical source told North Press.

The source, who works at the al-Amal Hospital in Kobani city, said that the injured are “28-year-old Khabat Adham, 22-year-old Alaa Abdurrazaq Ibrahim, and 25-year-old Muhammad Bahjat Ayoub.”

The source added that both of Adham’s legs and one of his hands were amputated, while Ibrahim had one of his hands amputated and also sustained injuries in his liver and kidneys.

As for Ayoub, the source said, he sustained an injury in the main artery of his jaw and a jaw fracture, adding that he was still undergoing surgery.

The source stressed that all three men are seriously injured.
