Three civilians wounded in Turkish shelling in Raqqa’s Ain Issa
RAQQA, Syria (North Press) – Three people were wounded in a Turkish shelling on Wednesday while grazing their sheep in the countryside of Ain Issa, in northern Raqqa.
A medical source at the Emergency Department at the Raqqa National Hospital told North Press that they immediately admitted two of the wounded, “32-year-old Kamal Mahmoud al-Wagaa and 17-year-old Fawaz Mahmoud al-Wagaa, into the operation room,” adding that they are in a critical condition.
Turkish artillery targeted the village of al-Jadayda in the countryside of Ain Issa, wounding three, two of whom suffered critical injuries and another who was slightly injured.
A cousin of the third victim said that he and his cousin were tending sheep when they were targeted by Turkish artillery.
