Four militants of Turkish-backed faction killed east of Aleppo

ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – On Friday evening, four members of the Turkish-backed Sultan Suleiman Shah Division (also known as al-Amshat), were killed by unknown gunmen in the countryside of al-Bab, a city east of Aleppo.

An exclusive source told North Press that unknown individuals fired directly at members of al-Amshat at the checkpoint of the village of Jub al-Dam in the countryside of al-Bab.

He added that the targeted checkpoint is located on a road leading to the town of Qabasin, in the countryside of al-Bab.

Al-Bab city has been under the control of Turkey and its affiliated opposition factions’ also known as the Syrian National Army (SNA) since 2017.

The SNA held-areas continue to witness insecurity, including clashes and recurrent explosions, amid the inability of the factions to maintain order.
