Syrian soldiers killed in eastern countryside of Aleppo

ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – On Monday, one officer and three soldiers of the Syrian government forces were killed in an ambush by a faction of the Turkish-backed opposition, also known as the Syrian National Army (SNA), in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

A military source said thatthe “Liberation and Construction Movement”, affiliated with Turkey, targeted a group of government forces in the town of Tadif east of Aleppo.

An officer and three soldiers from the government forces were killed in the ambush.

Government forces stationed in Radar Sha’ala area, in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, responded by shelling Tadif with mortars without further information on casualties.

There are recurrent attacks between the two parties in Tadif, according to North Press.
