SDF says two fighters injured in Turkish strike in Syria’s Hasakah

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said on Wednesday that two of its fighters were injured a day earlier in a Turkish drone strike near Hasakah city, northeastern Syria.

The SDF short statement said that a Turkish drone hit on Tuesday a house for a resident at 3:25 pm in the village of Tel Tawil on the outskirts of Hasakah city.

The attack resulted “in two wounded of our forces who were on leave,” the SDF said.

After the attack, a source told North Press that the strike caused a state of panic among residents.
