Car blast in Syria’s Qamishli leaves wounded

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – On Monday morning, a driver was injured in an explosion of a car belonging to the Board of Education of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) in the city of Qamishli, northeast Syria.

The blast left massive damage in the car and in another one that was parking next to it.

The driver was transferred to a hospital in the city for treatment, and his health condition is stable, according to a medical source in the hospital.

The Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria (Asayish), so far, have not released a statement or disclosed any information about the incident.
