Turkish shelling injures 2 people, kill sheep in Syria’s Aleppo

NORTHERN APELLO (North Press) – Two persons were slightly injured and tens of sheep were killed in a shelling carried out by Turkish forces against a number of villages in the northern countryside of Aleppo, northwest Syria.

A local source told North Press, “Turkish forces targeted with tens of shells the village of Ibbin in the Sherawa district in Afrin. They also hit the village of Samouqa and the outskirts of the town of Tel Rifaat, Hassajk, Ziyara and Deir Jamal in the northern countryside of Aleppo.”

Two persons were injured in Ibbin. In addition, nearly 35 sheep owned by Walida Hamadi were killed in the same village.

Since mid-night Saturday, a number of areas in northern Syria have undergone intense shelling and airstrikes by the Turkish forces which, resulted in nearly 20 deaths of the Syrian government forces.
