ISIS claims attack on SDF vehicle in Syria’s Ain Issa

DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – On Friday, the Islamic State Organization (ISIS), through close outlets, claimed responsibility for targeting a military vehicle belonging to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the town of Ain Issa north of Raqqa, north Syria.

The ISIS-run Amaq agency publicized a statement in which it said the organization militants targeted with an IED and machineguns an SDF military vehicle on Ain Issa route.

It added that the attack claimed the life of a fighter and wounded another, in addition to damaging the vehicle.

In the past seven days, the toll of attacks against SDF that ISIS claimed responsibility for has increased to eight.

On October 14, ISIS claimed responsibility for targeting a military vehicle belonging to the SDF in al-Ya’rubiyah area east of Hasakah, northeast Syria.
