Protesters in Syria’s al-Bab demand restoration of SNA-seized possessions
ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – Scores of residents of the city of al-Bab east of Aleppo took to streets on Friday, demanding restoration of their possessions seized by leader of the Turkish-backed Hamza Division.
A local source told North Press, “Residents demanded their lands and houses seized by Fadi al-Deri, leader of the Hamza Division, are restored.”
The protesters raised signs, calling for the restoration of their occupied possessions that have been seized by the leader for years under name of revolution, according to the source.
Al-Deri claims ownership of those properties with false contracts, the thing that original owners deny.
Since 2017, the city of al-Bab in the eastern countryside of Aleppo has been under the control of the Turkish-backed opposition factions.
