Syrian government areas record 7 new coronavirus infections
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Media office of the Ministry of Health of the Syrian government announced on Monday evening the recording of seven new coronavirus infections in its held areas.
The official Facebook account of the ministry reported eight new recoveries.
The new infections are recorded as follows: four in Damascus, and one each in Hasakah, Latakia, and Tartus.
The total number of coronavirus infections in the Syrian government-held areas has reached 57.227 confirmed cases, including 3.163 deaths and 53.992 recoveries.
