Syrian government areas record eight new coronavirus cases
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Ministry of Health of Syrian government announced on Saturday evening the recording of eight new coronavirus infections in its held areas.
The official Facebook account of the ministry reported 49 recoveries.
The new infections were recorded as follows: six in Suwayda, and one each in Damascus and Rif Dimashq.
The total number of coronavirus infections in the Syrian government-controlled areas has reached 57.152 confirmed cases, including 3.163 deaths and 53.833 recoveries.
