Turkish forces target journalists in Syria’s Raqqa

KOBANI, Syria (North Press) – Turkish forces targeted on Friday a car transporting journalists of a local news agency on M4 highway, west of the town of Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Raqqa, north Syria. 

Zana Saydi, HAWAR news agency (ANHA) correspondent, said that they were exposed to gunfire on their way to Raqqa by Turkish forces.

The Turkish forces were targeting the town of Ain Issa with heavy machineguns, according to Saydi.  

“We were not hurt,” Saydi added.

Hawar news agency (ANHA) is a local news agency operates in north and northeast of Syria.
