Syrian government areas record 18 new coronavirus cases
DAMASCUSE, Syria (North Press) – Ministry of Health of Syrian government announced on Tuesday the recording of 18 new coronavirus infections in its held areas.
The official Facebook account of the ministry reported 49 recoveries.
The new infections were recorded as follows: four each in Damascus and Tartus, three in Rif Dimashq, two each in Latakia and Homs, and one each in Aleppo, Hama and Qunaitra.
The total number of coronavirus infections in the Syrian government-controlled areas has reached 57.026 confirmed cases, including 3.163 deaths and 53.383 recoveries.
