Dozens of coronavirus cases recorded in Syria’s NE
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Health Board of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) recorded on Saturday 41 new infections of coronavirus.
The Health Board posted on its official Facebook account that the infections are 22 males and 19 females.
The infections are distributed as follows: 16 in Qamishli, 14 in Derik, 10 in Kobani, and one in Hasakah, according to the Health Board.
It also recorded one recovery case for a woman from Derik.
The total number of coronavirus infections in the AANES-held areas reached 38.898, including 1.578 deaths and 2.568 recoveries.
