Government forces’ member killed in Syria’s Daraa

DARAA, Syria (North Press) – On Monday, unidentified gunmen deadly shot  a member of the government forces in a town, north of Daraa, south of Syria.

“Mohammed Fida’ al-Wadi, a member of the government forces, was killed after being targeted by unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle in the town of Aqraba in the northern countryside of Daraa,” local sources told North press.

Al-Wadi  hailed from the town of Aqraba and served in the Ninth Division of the government forces in the city of al-Sanamayn, north of Daraa.”

“Al-Wadi was killed while being on his way home in the town of Aqraba, coming from his place of service,” according to the sources.

It is worth noting that Daraa, despite the full control of the government forces and the reconciliation they held with the people there, still witnesses a state of security chaos and daily killings.
