Former opposition member killed in Syria’s Daraa
DARAA, Syria (North Press) – A person was killed on Sunday by unidentified gunmen in the town of Tsil in the western countryside of Daraa.
“Mahmoud al-Nuzil was killed in the western neighborhood in the town of Tsil,” local sources told North Press.
“Al-Nuzil was transported to the National Hospital in the city of Nawa in the western countryside in Daraa but he lost his life of his wounds,” the sources added.
“Al-Nuzil came from the village of Koya in the Yarmouk Basin area in the western countryside of Daraa. He had joined the opposition before he reconciled with the government forces in 2018, but he joined no military side then,” according to the sources.
