Government members were wounded in Syria’s Daraa

DARAA, Syria (North Press) –  Three members of the Syrian government forces were wounded, on Monday, in an IED explosion in Gharz area in the city of Daraa in southern Syria.

Three members of the government forces were wounded, when an IED exploded in their car, which was designated for distributing food, at military points in the Gharz area, a local source told North Press.

The injured were transferred to Daraa National Hospital to receive the necessary treatment, the source added.

The targeting area witnessed a high alert by the government forces in search of the perpetrators, according to the same source.

Several military points of the Syrian government forces were targeted on Saturday evening in the city of al-Sanamayn, north of Daraa.

Two months ago, a military bus carrying members of the government security forces was targeted near the town of Sida, east of Daraa, more than ten members were wounded.

Despite the Russian-brokered settlements, Daraa has been witnessing an increase in killing of civilians, government members and former members of the Syrian opposition, without specifying people behind these killings.
