ISIS tries to resurge, but we are there: Global Coalition

DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North press) – ISIS tries to strongly return but they are present, reiterating that they would continue working with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)  to end ISIS, A leader in the international coalition to combat ISIS said on Wednesday.

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)  celebrated the third anniversary of liberating al-Baghouz, the last stronghold of ISIS in Deir ez-Zor, with representatives of the Global Coalition.

On March 23, the last stronghold of ISIS in al-Baghouz in Deir ez-Zor, east Syria, was controlled.

The leader of the Special Forces of the Global Coalition in Syria said, “The goal of the Islamic State (ISIS) was to kill by the most horrific means of torture against humanity.”

“We are fortunate to partner with the Syrian Democratic Forces in fighting the most dangerous organization in the world,” he added.

” The residents of Deir ez-Zor had suffered for more than 4 years from ISIS,” he said.

He stressed that ISIS is an enemy of the whole world, and it, with its cells,  must be eliminated to ensure security and stability in the region.
