Turkish forces bombard villages in Syria’s hasakah countryside

TEL TAMR, Syria (North Press) – Turkish forces and the Turkish-backed armed factions shelled, on Friday, three villages in the northern countryside of Hasakah, northeast Syria, with heavy weapons.

“The Turkish forces targeted, on Friday evening, the villages of al-Aboush and al-Dardara, north of Tel Tamr, with a barrage of artillery shells and mortars,” a source of Tel Tamr Military Council told North Press.

“The Turkish artillery targeted the village of Tel Ward in the countryside of Abu Rasin (Zargan),” the source said.

The Turkish bombardment on the aforementioned villages left material losses in residents’ possessions, according to the source.

The sound of bombing is still intermittently heard until the moment of preparing this news.
