Syrian soldier killed in Syria’s Idlib, Khmeimim
QAMISHLI, NE-Syria (North Press) – A soldier of the Syrian government forces was killed in targeting by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS, formerly al-Nusra Front) in Aleppo countryside, the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria in Khmeimim Air Base announced yesterday.
A Syrian soldier was killed in bombardment by armed individuals on the Syrian government sites in Hantoteen village in Idlib, Counter Admiral Oleg Vladimirovich Zhuravlyov, vice director of the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria, said in a statement.
“Just one attack by the armed individuals was documented on January1,” he added.
In mi- December , the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria announced a soldier of the Syrian government forces was killed in targeting by HTS in Aleppo countryside.
At the beginning of December, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov, said Russia will persist its efforts to eliminate these radical groups and resolve the regional crisis.
