10 casualties in drone attack in Syria’s Kobani

KOBANI, Syria (North Press) – Two civilians were killed and seven others were injured on Saturday in Kobani city, north Syria, in a suspected Turkish drone attack.

“A Turkish drone targeted a house of a civilian in the Shahid Payman neighborhood, east of the city of Kobani, and that the wounded were in a critical condition,” the co-chair of the Interior Board of the Euphrates region, Bozan Khalil, told North Press.

On October 24, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced that three of its members had lost their lives in the countryside of Kobani by a Turkish drone attack.

On October 20, a Turkish drone targeted a car carrying the administrative official of the Social Justice Council of the Autonomous Administration in Kobani, Bakr Jarada, which led to the loss of two lives.

“Bakr Jarada and two civilians were wounded in the attack, and two administrative officials were martyred,” the Asayish said in a statement at the time.
