Syria’s Hasakah countryside witnesses ongoing shelling
ABU RASIN, Syria (North Press) – The Turkish forces and the Turkish-backed armed factions are still targeting the vicinity of Abu Rasin town, north of Hasakah, northeast Syria, with heavy weapons.
The Turkish forces and the factions affiliated with them are targeting the outskirts of Abu Rasin and the surrounding area, 500 kilometers west of the town, with artillery and mortars, a local source told North Press.
This is the second time during which Abu Rasin and its countryside are subjected to bombardment by Turkish forces and the factions, with heavy weapons.
Last week, the Turkish shelling on the countryside of Tel Tamr town, north of Hasakah, caused damage to the electricity network in the town.
