Syria’s northwest records low coronavirus infections
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – On Saturday, the Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Council announced the recording 9 new cases of coronavirus and 100 recoveries in Idlib and Aleppo countryside, northwest Syria.
It indicated that it conducted tests for 552 suspected cases in its areas.
With the newly announced figures, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-controlled areas in northwest Syria has risen to 92,782 including 2,291 deaths and 65.807 recoveries.
