Syria’s northwest counts 57 new coronavirus infections
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Council announced on Thursday the recording of 57 new cases of coronavirus, 394 recoveries in Idlib and Aleppo countryside, northwest Syria.
It indicated that it conducted tests for 671 suspected cases in its areas.
With the newly announced figures, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-controlled areas in northwest Syria has risen to 92,286 including 2,253 deaths and 62,758 recoveries.
