Syria’s Idlib records 52 new coronavirus infections

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Saturday, the Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Council announced the recording of 52 new cases of coronavirus, 194 recoveries and four deaths in Idlib and Aleppo countryside, northwest Syria.

It indicated that it conducted tests for 443 suspected cases in its areas.

With the newly announced figures, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-controlled areas has risen to 91,961 including 2,195 deaths and 60,949 recoveries.

Yesterday, the Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Council announced the recording of 65 new cases of coronavirus and seven deaths.
