Government forces kill people refused reconciliation in Syria’s Daraa
DARAA, Syria (North Press) – On Wednesday, government forces killed three people, who had refused the settlement agreement, in the western countryside of Daraa, south Syria.
Muhammad Shukri al-Muf’alani and two others from the family of al-Muf’alani were killed at the hands of the government forces after storming a farm they were present at, local sources from Nahta town, west of Daraa, said.
Earlier today, the government forces besieged some farms that had those who refused the settlements with the government last month.
The government forces stormed the farms near the towns of Nahta and al-Maliha, and clashes took place between the two sides for two hours.
Members of the Fifth Division of the government forces were killed in the clashes, said sources close to the government forces.
After killing Muhammad Shukri al-Muf’alani today, the government forces burnt down his house as well, North Press reported sources from the town of Nahta.
They also destroyed Muhammad’s brother’s house by an IED.
