DARAA, Syria (North Press) – On Thursday, two women were killed and six others wounded due to bombing of the government forces stationed in the 175th Regiment in the city of Izra’ in the eastern countryside of Daraa, on the city of Tafas in the western countryside.

Almost continuously, pro-Iranian factions and government forces bombard the besieged neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad, Tariq al-Sad neighborhood and the camps.

“Hafida Mar’i al-Rabadawi and Sabah al-Bardan were killed and six other people were wounded as a result of government shelling with rocket launchers targeting the city,” local sources told North Press.

On Thursday morning, unknown persons targeted a military vehicle belonging to the government forces on Nawa-Sheikh Miskin road in the western countryside of Daraa, with an explosive device, killing two soldiers and wounding at least four others, according to the same sources.

A new negotiation session between the Central Committee in Daraa and government forces, in the presence of Russian Military Police (MP), ended in the center of Daraa city, yesterday evening, achieving no progress.

Adnan al-Masalma, the Central Committee spokesman in Daraa, told North Press that the negotiations reached nothing new because of the government forces’ insistence on entering all besieged neighborhoods, searching all houses, and setting up military posts in them.
