Security forces arrest ISIS members in Iraqi Diyala, al-Anbar
ERBIL, Iraq (North Press) – On Sunday, Iraqi security forces arrested six members of the Islamic State Organization (ISIS) in the governorates of Diyala and al-Anbar.
Detachments of the Federal Intelligence and Investigations Agency of the Ministry of Interior said, they managed to arrest “five terrorists within the continued efforts to pursue terrorist members.”
“Those arrested are wanted according to arrest warrants based on the provisions of article (4/terrorism) due to their joining to ISIS in Diyala,” the agency added.
Meanwhile, security media cell announced the arrest of a wanted accused of terrorism in al-Anbar governorate.
