ERBIL, Iraq (North Press) – On Monday, the Iraqi security forces seized five missiles ready to launch and arrested six ISIS militants in Kirkuk governorate.
Five BM-21 Grad missiles with their launching pad were seized in Kirkuk, media cell said in a statement.
The missiles were ready to be launched against the Eighth Division of the Iraqi army in Kirkuk, and they were dealt with by explosive experts.
In the security context, the intelligence agency stated that they managed to arrest six ISIS members in Kirkuk.
They added that the six militants admitted, during the investigations, their participation in “terrorist” operations carried out against security forces and the civilians at intervals.
