The bombing resulted in damage to the electricity network, which caused power cuts in the village of Umm al-Keif, in addition to the neighboring Assyrian villages of Tel Kifji and Tel Jum’a.
The village of Umm al-Keif is located near the Russian military base at al-Mabaqer station, north of the town, which did not intervene.

After the bombing, which lasted for about an hour, a source of Tel Tamr Military Council said that a Turkish drone flew over the town and the contact lines.
The Turkish bombing came after the front lines in the countryside of Tel Tamt witnessed calm for more than a month.
For about a year and a half, the Turkish army has been stationed on the outskirts of the town of Tel Tamr, after it took control of the border city of Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) at the end of 2019.
